What clients ask before appointing us
Both. We are regularly appointed directly by the end client for the whole low-current and IT scope, and we also work under main contractors on larger construction programmes. Either way, the design authority for the systems stays with our engineering team.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We survey what exists, document what is actually installed rather than what the drawings claim, and give you an honest view of what can be integrated, what should be replaced and what can be left alone.
We hold direct partnerships with more than forty manufacturers, which gets you genuine product and factory-level support. But our architectures are open and multi-vendor by design — we specify what fits the requirement, not what carries the best margin.
Client training and knowledge transfer are part of the implementation stage, not an optional extra. Beyond that we offer ongoing support and maintenance agreements, with the same engineers who built the system.
Our offices in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Florida let us keep engineering standards, documentation and supply chain consistent across a multi-site programme, with local delivery in each market.
